“Printerinks use artificially inflated prices on their ink cartridges which are then offered at a 'discount' price. This ploy is dishonest.”

“Your items are good but , delivery is letdown badly by Royal Nail ! Which spoils YOUR reputation ! They are at your front door and just throw the package over my side door ( which I rarely use ! ( and leave NO note that a parcel has been left !! It is no use stating @ look at your mobile “ some people are not Tech Savvvy or - like me , having important things to do for 3 days - as my wife was in hospital ! JUSt Leave A Note !!”

“JET TEC CARTRIDGES C545XL NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY CANOON PIXMA TS3355. WILL BE RETURNING. PLEASE REPLACE WITH GENUINE CANON CARTRIDGES. I WILL PAY THE DIFFERENCE.”

“I have used Printerinks several times, mainly for purchase of ink cartridges. Previously the service and speed of delivery has been good. However my last order a week or so ago, has been disappointly executed. The ink cartridges ordered did not arrive with their usual speed of delivery and I had to make more than 1 phone call to see what the delay was. Eventually they arrived. The other part of my order was for paper, is still unavailable and I was forced to ask for cancellation of that part of the order and I'm awaiting a refund. I will be dubious about making further orders, as speed of delivery is important.”
