I have used Printerinks several times, mainly for purchase of ink cartridges. Previously the service and speed of delivery has been good. However my last order a week or so ago, has been disappointly executed. The ink cartridges ordered did not arrive with their usual speed of delivery and I had to make more than 1 phone call to see what the delay was. Eventually they arrived. The other part of my order was for paper, is still unavailable and I was forced to ask for cancellation of that part of the order and I'm awaiting a refund. I will be dubious about making further orders, as speed of delivery is important.
