“Says compatible but not useful, after taking a print from installed cartridge it not matches to original document for 20%, too bad product, I will suggest every one that do not buy the product, and too much expensive also. For same price we can get genuine cartridges from Amazon. Got cheated by the company.”

“I’m still waiting for someone to tell me what to do about the fact that my ins are not compatible. I’ve done everything you suggested to no avail and I’ve sent photos of the inks and if my printer as requested .”

“Ordered ink on 28th March, when I contacted them on 15th April to ask where my order was, they replied on 17th April to say they had cancelled my order! If you're in a hurry for ink, go somewhere else. Very poor service.”

“Will not be using them again , part of order missing free gift not given. then when you complaint you get told no one there that can deal with it and every other member staff is on vacation. then ignores you on the call for 15 mins discgracefull company . dont ever use. i dont like being treated as i am stupid. and dont like meing lied to. Watch out for ARMOND... worst help you can get there”

“I thought I was getting a good deal for my Canon generic inks. I paid£46.66 and received a pathetic free gift which was no use to anyone. After opening and trying to use the inks, which would not work, i found I could have bought the Canon inks from Tesco for £28.00. I won't be using this supplier again.”

“You could not supply branded ink cartridges and could not tell me when you could supply. I wrote to you, twice via your website, requesting a refund for two "compatible" cartridges which my printer would not accept. The cartridges are still unopened in their original packaging. To date no reply. I've since sourced the required branded cartridges elsewhere with a next delivery. Please refund.”

“Having spent an hour & a half on the phone without anyone answering but listening to a message saying “ your call is important to us and we will be in touch SHORTLY “ I don’t need to write a review. I GAVE UP AS I DIDN’T RECEIVE A REPLY. I only rang because I’d ordered some cartridges which I needed urgently, yet received a text saying they were still in my basket. I couldn’t understand it as I was certain the order had gone through. They arrived that afternoon 😡”

“I placed the order in early February. The items ordered were apparently out of stock. I only found out by calling the help desk who sent a note to the supplier (apparently not Printerinks) who suggested delivery would be in early March. When this didn't happen I wrote again suggesting they either delivered or refunded my money. No response. Half of the order arrived a few days later and the other half a few days after that. Not good enough”

“I ordered a replacement toner cartridge which was. to be fair, delivered quickly. BUT the cartridge did not work in my printer so I telephoned customer service. I was told a trouble shooting guide would be emailed to me. This took many hours to arrive and did not solve the proble. This problem has not yet yet been resolved. I have spoken to numerouse "customer service advisors" to no avail. I am sick and tired of the disgraceful service that I have received from the company..”

“It took 10 days and any amount of phone calls and emails before it was dealt with even giving you all a deadline to sent out the items before I passed the case to the ombudsman for them to look into it. The other thing was that we could get two free items one with each order that wasn’t honored as well.”

“TP138140107GB THE TWO INKS I PURCHASED WERE NOT DELIVERED ON THE DATE PROMISED ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED A NOTICE THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED ON 20TH. TWO PHONE CALLS AND DELIVERY PROMISED ON 21ST. TODAY IS 25TH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE INKS. Nouritza MATOSSIAN”
