I placed the order in early February. The items ordered were apparently out of stock. I only found out by calling the help desk who sent a note to the supplier (apparently not Printerinks) who suggested delivery would be in early March. When this didn't happen I wrote again suggesting they either delivered or refunded my money. No response. Half of the order arrived a few days later and the other half a few days after that. Not good enough
