I ordered a replacement toner cartridge which was. to be fair, delivered quickly. BUT the cartridge did not work in my printer so I telephoned customer service. I was told a trouble shooting guide would be emailed to me. This took many hours to arrive and did not solve the proble. This problem has not yet yet been resolved. I have spoken to numerouse "customer service advisors" to no avail. I am sick and tired of the disgraceful service that I have received from the company..
