Having spent an hour & a half on the phone without anyone answering but listening to a message saying “ your call is important to us and we will be in touch SHORTLY “ I don’t need to write a review. I GAVE UP AS I DIDN’T RECEIVE A REPLY.
I only rang because I’d ordered some cartridges which I needed urgently, yet received a text saying they were still in my basket. I couldn’t understand it as I was certain the order had gone through.
They arrived that afternoon 😡
