Horrendous customer service. Ordered ink 9 days ago and still nothing has arrived. I spent over an hour waiting on an agent on the online chat only for them to say that my order was still processing. Obviously I advised I wasn't happy and asked why it was still processing for which they said they would check and email back within the hour. It's now the next day and no email so decided to contact the online chat again. I advised the agent that if I didn't have a date for the delivery by end of day today I would be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere only for the agent to ask me to wait several minutes while they looked into this. The next communication I got was I've cancelled your order as requested...hmm no I said "if" I didn't get confirmation by the end of day to cancel. I asked for this to be escalated and for a manager to contact me so provided my number and waited. No phone call so I rang the company directly and the agent advised my order was cancelled as it was stuck in the processing order stage. I asked if they provide next day delivery as I really need the ink and they said yes but for a fee. I asked could this fee not be waived for the inconvenience and time this order has cost me and I was advised no I would have to pay, so for a company that states they take customer service seriously they really need to have a look at this. I wont ever be using this company again.

Ordered a printer online that was showing in stock, this should have been on 1-2 day delivery, after a week of waiting i attempted to telephone them , i was in a Que for ages then the phone went dead, I was unaware this was a premium cost line and i had a £12 charge on my mobile bill for the time i was on hold speaking to nobody, I then went on their web chat and waited nearly 2hrs for my turn, I was told that the printer was not in stock so i requested a refund after 2 weeks of waiting still no refund, I web chated with them again waiting over 1hr for my turn and was told the accounts dept had not processed my refund and that it would be done the next day, 2 weeks later and again no refund, I have now contacted my credit card company to cancel the payment, Customer service ? they have never heard of it

The printer cartridges delivered would not work in my printer so I returned them on 3 April 20 with proof of postage. I have still not received my refund on 1 June 20. I receive an acknowledgement but they do not take any action. I have rung the contact number but no one picks up the phone. My course of action now is to raise a dispute with the credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRINTERINK.COM

Ordered ink three weeks ago they have taken the money and got no response from them on phone or e mail avoid using this company

Terrible- They are selling fake products. They are using a brand name in the title of the product, pretending that it is genuine when it is not. I pointed this out to them, and after waiting for weeks to reply, they told me I could return the product at my expense if I wasn't happy. Considering they claim "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, FREE returns", they could not be further from the truth. Avoid at all costs. You will find many better companies that you can give your money to that are selling better products at cheaper prices.

Ordered on Monday 22nd Oct 18, got email 25th Oct 18 telling me part of my order was out of stock, was sent another email asking if I wanted partial delivery or wait for whole order to be in stock, I tried to cancel but they said on chat support part of my order was already shipped and they could not cancel my order even though I didn't want partial oder. Received 3 Inks 29th Oct 18, was going to return but they will not pay for returns and charge a 20% restocking fee even though Items are still unused and sealed. Will not use printer inks again, chat support is appalling!!!
