Horrendous customer service. Ordered ink 9 days ago and still nothing has arrived. I spent over an hour waiting on an agent on the online chat only for them to say that my order was still processing. Obviously I advised I wasn't happy and asked why it was still processing for which they said they would check and email back within the hour. It's now the next day and no email so decided to contact the online chat again. I advised the agent that if I didn't have a date for the delivery by end of day today I would be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere only for the agent to ask me to wait several minutes while they looked into this. The next communication I got was I've cancelled your order as requested...hmm no I said "if" I didn't get confirmation by the end of day to cancel. I asked for this to be escalated and for a manager to contact me so provided my number and waited. No phone call so I rang the company directly and the agent advised my order was cancelled as it was stuck in the processing order stage. I asked if they provide next day delivery as I really need the ink and they said yes but for a fee. I asked could this fee not be waived for the inconvenience and time this order has cost me and I was advised no I would have to pay, so for a company that states they take customer service seriously they really need to have a look at this. I wont ever be using this company again.
