Ordered a printer online that was showing in stock, this should have been on 1-2 day delivery, after a week of waiting i attempted to telephone them , i was in a Que for ages then the phone went dead, I was unaware this was a premium cost line and i had a £12 charge on my mobile bill for the time i was on hold speaking to nobody, I then went on their web chat and waited nearly 2hrs for my turn, I was told that the printer was not in stock so i requested a refund after 2 weeks of waiting still no refund, I web chated with them again waiting over 1hr for my turn and was told the accounts dept had not processed my refund and that it would be done the next day, 2 weeks later and again no refund, I have now contacted my credit card company to cancel the payment, Customer service ? they have never heard of it
