I ordered inkjet compatible ink for Epson printer (Cheetah multipack) and my printer does not recognise the cartridges, therefore they are not compatible. I have dealt many times with your company and have had no complaints. I feel very disappointed as I appear to have wasted my money and will have to find cartridges somewhere else.
Also I tried phoning this morning and gave up holding on after at least half an hour.
