I made a mistake in my order and had to return them. I then had an email telling me they were sending the same order again. I explained I had returned the first order and didn’t want another delivery of items I didn’t need. I was then told that they couldn’t trace the first request. Wasting mine and their time. I am still waiting for a refund and acknowledgment that they have the returned items. The Royal Mail has confirmed delivery. So very poor after sales service.
