Inks ordered over 2 weeks ago and still not arrived.
I have called on numerous occasions and asked for a refund and for information regarding the delivery
False promises that my concerns escalated to customer care and that they would be in touch
I have heard nothing
I have asked for refund ( £91) and this has not been actioned
