Received a printer ink cartridge for my Canon 5350 printer BUT when I inserted it it was not recognised . I asked what to do?
Your complaint system which only allows me to follow up if I am prepared to go to the back of the queue is perfectly ridiculous.
I ask whats going on and get bumped to the rear.
