Order number 22333435. I am still waiting for the completion of my order but I cannot get a proper answer from your staff. I have tried to speak to a manager but this I have been told is not possible. Seldom have I contacted a company who gives such a poor service. I am still awaiting an answer from your sales staff. I placed an order for these inks with another company and received it in 24 hrs which reflects badly on your organisation.
