Unfortunately your on line system ignored my input saying that my billing address and delivery address were different. You therefore delivered to my address in Hertfordshire rather than the address in Devon where I am requiring printer inks! So not helpful al all. Messages sent and received did not improve any thing as I am not able to return the parcel and I don't trust that the same mistake wouldn't happen again.
