Very Good: Website that makes it pretty reasy to find what you want. Good: Quality of generic inks. Good: Prices are good. Good: Asistance with getting non-proprietary inks to work Not so good: Sometimes the generic cartridges don't fit - and they won't always take them back. Not so good: Multiple special offers which really confuse. I just want to buy my ink at the best price and usually manage to miss out on the special this and that. Let's just have a best price! Useful: They will take used cartridges back and will give back a small amount, which is useful.
