I ordered 2 Canon cartridges but only one was delivered. I contacted the customer service team and got a quick response saying that my request has been escalated to the procurement team. That was on thee 1st April. I contacted the customer service teaam again on 4th April as I had heard nothing It is now 6th April and I have still heard nothing. Poor response. I am astill waiting for my missing cartridge
