I was very impressed by the prompt way Marius handled my ink cartridge problem. Verbal instructions were quickly supported with an easy to follow email. Although this only partially resolved my issue, he then very quickly arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent. My initial order was for 2 and his instructions fixed 1. I am very happy with the customer service and because of the efficient way Marius handled the issue i will continue to use Printerinks.
