I bought three black tonnes over a year ago but had some in stock so used them first. When I tried them few days ago, they did not work as the printer did not recognise them. Well, it was disappointment and I thought I lost the money. I called the customer services who advised to do some resetting trick. I knew it wouldn't work because I did it three times a day before. So had to call back. Summa summarum, my three replacement cartridges arrived the next day. They do work, so all good, no complaints.
