I had some correspondance with John at Printerinks over a cartridge I had ordered and was the wrong one and was returned. Due to my go into hospital I couldn't deal with the matter until much later and it was rather complicated to me.
John always replied to my e-mails and eventually my refund was made.
John is very good at sorting out a muddle and an asset to Printerinks.
