This company gives great customer service.I was a new customer and was pleased with their competitive pricing.I don’t necessarily go for the cheapest company I want the customer care as well.The cartridges were sent out quickly and the packaging was good also enclosing a return envelope for used cartridges to be recycled.There was good communication and no problems after my printer would not recognise the chip on one of the ink cartridges..A replacement was sent out with no hassle.
