A well organised and professional company. I came Printerinks because the toner cartridges I needed were competitively priced. However only two of the four I ordered arrived, the other two being out of stock. When I chased for them a few days later I was promised a response within 24 hours which I got to say they were in customs but due out in a couple of days. Then after a couple more days Cosmin checked to see if everything was ok but nothing had arrived. he went away checked and advised me when the cartridges would be delivered, got a delivery date for me and they were duly delivered on that date. All in all a well run and competent handling of a potentially difficult situation. I shall return to Printerinks for more cartridges in future.
