My first experience using printer inks.
Ordered and received promptly. However the colour cartridge worked fine but the black one didn't.
I'm old school and preferably like to talk to someone, however no reply when i called just put on hold for a period of time. (Appreciate that may be due to staffing under the circumstances - covid.)
Frustrated, I emailed. Recived a prompt reply and Within 3days the issue was sorted and replacement cartridge is on it way. Stephan was very helpful - Thank you.
