My printer would not recognise a 'compatible' colour
ink cartridge. I phoned to get some assistance and Stefan
dealt with my problem immediately ; he sent an e-mail right away detailing the procedures to follow. I followed through with these and eventually the printer went into
'print ' mode. Great customer service from Stefan in these difficult times. George, Edinburgh.
