After asking Amazon to check when my order would be delivered I was pleased to receive an e-mail from Printerinks and the inks were delivered next day. Only trouble was the order was a mish-mash of different cassettes but not HP. My printer let me know that any copies would be inferior to the genuine ones. Very disappointed. I won't be using this company again!!!!
