I have used Printer inks for a number of years and am very happy with the service provided. Speed of delivery of replacement print cartridges is excellent. Sadly, I have to report that I ordered RI-CL-546X and ...PG 545XL "Compatible Canon High Capacity Ink Cartridges" and they are not in any way compatible with my Canon Pixma 3355 printer - the red colour disappeared and even the black turned a dirty green. Replacing these "Compatible"cartridges with Originals immediately resolved the problem. You would be advised to remove the designation "Compatible" from the description of the alternative cartridges.
