I haven't tried the ink yet, but never have a problem with the generic ink I buy from Printerinks. I do have an issue with Evri, the delivery firm, who never seem to deliver my or my neighbours' parcels correctly. When I know beforehand, I try not to buy from a firm that uses Evri.
