I have not had a problem with PrinterInks in the past, but my pevious purhase for an Epson 55 printer had a problem with the non Epsom catriges. One from G&G fitted properly, but when I came to replace the light magenter, it just would not 'click' in. I mucked up the cartridge, luckily not the pinter, and bought (buy two get third free) a replaement. This time the cartridge was one that resembled the original Epson cartridge, and everything worked well. Will have to wait and see if the remaining G&G carteidges fit. That is why 4 stars and not 5. I did not have to contact the company, so the communication part is left blank.
