All went very well until Printerinks sent a link to track delivery. Unfortunately the link did not work as it was a link that was well out of date since it was for Hermes which became Evri, the deliverer ages ago.
Iwasted quite a time trying to track. When I wrote to Printerinks they sent me the correct link VERY quickly.
All in all not a terrible experience - I'll use them again.
