I've always found Printerinks to be reliable both in delivery times and the quality of the product. I have tried other suppliers, I bought some cartridges from Asda and my printer rejected them on loading, never had that problem with your product. My old Epson printer loves 'em! Won't try any other supplier again. One small criticism however, not being overly competent with a computer, I found the on-line ordering system too convuluted and restrictive, I had to resort to a 'phone order. KHY
