I haven't received the printer inks yet so can't comment on the quaility but so far, I have had the following: - ordered on 31st Dec (so undertand the timing is affected by NYD) and paid for 48 hours delivery - recieved an email to track but was given a tracking number but not told where (which company) to track it with so I had to search myself - on 6th Jan Royal Mail tracking showed they hadnt' received it yet - 7th Jan I recieved an email to review the service (still hadn't received parcel) - 8th Jan - tracking link on Royal Mail wasn't working for me - 8th Jan - spoke to Customer Services for PrinterInks (gentleman was very professional and polite) - they had to use the Royal Mail tracking to inform me it would be delivered on 9th Jan - this is 6 business days after my order was place - Customer Services have agreed to refund the £0.99 for the 48 hour delivery option but it's more disappointing that it has taken so long and I have had to spend a lot of my time trying to track it and things not working. Unfortunatley, not a good experience for us.
