Well, first off, the product is terrific. My dog gets upset when I clean up her mess. I suspect it is because she won't be able to find it again! I kid you not, one time she was so obnoxious I put her in the playpen to get her out of my way! The other thing I love about Pristine Pet is the service and speedy delivery. Just two hours ago I called that my sprayer didn't work. I tried new batteries even. While I was on the phone with Rob, still reporting the problem, Rob heard my dilemma and was arranging for a new sprayer to be delivered as we spoke.
