“I also ordered this great product on 1/13/25 & is now 2/19/2025 and had not arrived. Was charged for the product, but no answer to my email & no email saying it's been shipped. Can anyone explain what could be going on? I'd like a refund, but even more would like to receive the product.”

“5 stars for the product. 1 star for communication. Like another reviewer, I successfully placed an order on their website Jan 3, 2025. Shipping was estimated to take 3-5 days. It is Jan 24 and the product hasn't arrived, shipping confirmation hasn't been emailed, there have been no replies to two emails, and the phone number is disconnected. Pristine Pet Owners: I'm actually worried about you. Are you in business anymore? You have the BEST made-in-USA product and loyal customers. We hope you are safe and that you will contact us to let us know when you'll be shipping your miraculous product. I don't want to buy a competitor's product, when I know yours WORKS!”

“My complaint is about the communication or lack of! I love the product and ordered from their website on 11/22/24. It's now 12/19/24 and I've sent 4 emails asking for tracking on the shipment or a refund. There are other products on the market that are more affordable and easily available. This is disappointing considering that I was a loyal customer! The phone number on their website doesn't even work. An absolute shame!”

“I've found that this cat product actually blocks and gets rid of the spray that my older boy cat has started doing. It cleans up the stain, but more importantly gets rid of the smell. I recommend it to everyone of my friends who are dealing with cats.”

“Product is excellent. It actually does work as well as advertised. Would have gotten 5 stars except for the fact that the fumes trigger my asthma. Have to have windows open and leave room immediately after use. However, I will continue to use it and recommend it to others because it really does the job! Thank you.”

“My dog lifted his leg on my white dust ruffle. I sprayed the yellow stain 3 times and it disappeared. Hopefully I won’t need to use it again but I am ready.”

“My dog is very good about not messing up the house; but he is petrified of thunderstorms and has a tendency to urinate indoors when they occur. I tried your stain and odor remover to remove some recent stains and some older ones that had dried on the carpet. It worked so well that I ordered a second bottle to keep on hand for future "accidents"; I also ordered the StainScout UV flashlight to make sure I don't miss any spots, and to remove any odors that may be detectable to dogs but not to humans. Thanks for the excellent products!”

“I own an Odor Removal Service in Myrtle Beach SC. I used Pristine Pet in a hotel that accepts pets. The pet odor was bad. Used my regular product on some stains and odors and Pristine Pet on others. Was so amazed at the results of Pristine Pet against my regular product. I will definitely be using your product that did such a great job on stains and pet odors I will use Pristine Pet from now on all of my pet stains and odors. Great product with amazing results. “This worked well even on old stains. I used it on an indoor/outdoor rug and washed it down with the hose after spraying. Stain gone!”
