Re-marking can either be behavioral, pheromonal, or both. Pristine Pet can't help with behavioral issues, however, it will eliminate the odors, if that's the cause. Please try fully saturating the area so the solution can completely penetrate the area. Oftentimes the urine gets deep into the surface. Give us a call if we can assist in any way :)

“So far seems to work in some areas. I probably need to shampoo some areas to be sure it's working, but will probably need to get another gallon j but you don't show gals, and how much! On fixed income so must be careful with my SSI. I do like the product, but ,,s,,,”

“FYI. After ordering, I went through some of the reviews and comments and found that you do not recommend for use on wool. That renders your product virtually useless in our home.”
