“I also ordered this great product on 1/13/25 & is now 2/19/2025 and had not arrived. Was charged for the product, but no answer to my email & no email saying it's been shipped. Can anyone explain what could be going on? I'd like a refund, but even more would like to receive the product.”

“5 stars for the product. 1 star for communication. Like another reviewer, I successfully placed an order on their website Jan 3, 2025. Shipping was estimated to take 3-5 days. It is Jan 24 and the product hasn't arrived, shipping confirmation hasn't been emailed, there have been no replies to two emails, and the phone number is disconnected. Pristine Pet Owners: I'm actually worried about you. Are you in business anymore? You have the BEST made-in-USA product and loyal customers. We hope you are safe and that you will contact us to let us know when you'll be shipping your miraculous product. I don't want to buy a competitor's product, when I know yours WORKS!”

“My complaint is about the communication or lack of! I love the product and ordered from their website on 11/22/24. It's now 12/19/24 and I've sent 4 emails asking for tracking on the shipment or a refund. There are other products on the market that are more affordable and easily available. This is disappointing considering that I was a loyal customer! The phone number on their website doesn't even work. An absolute shame!”
