It is Jan 24 and the product hasn't arrived, shipping confirmation hasn't been emailed, there have been no replies to two emails, and the phone number is disconnected. Pristine Pet Owners: I'm actually worried about you. Are you in business anymore? You have the BEST made-in-USA product and loyal customers. We hope you are safe and that you will contact us to let us know when you'll be shipping your miraculous product. I don't want to buy a competitor's product, when I know yours WORKS!
