My complaint is about the communication or lack of! I love the product and ordered from their website on 11/22/24. It's now 12/19/24 and I've sent 4 emails asking for tracking on the shipment or a refund. There are other products on the market that are more affordable and easily available. This is disappointing considering that I was a loyal customer! The phone number on their website doesn't even work. An absolute shame!
