I accidentally purchased 2 bouquets and only wanted one. I called customer service and was told they were already out for delivery. Not only were they NOT out for delivery, when they arrived 2 days late, they were dead, wilted, and slimy. Called for a refund. They refused and said they would resend the flowers. Very upsetting and I won’t ever use this company again!
