“I got a voicemail the guy delivered them to the wrong place saying he took it next door. I missed the call but called back nearly seconds later multiple times and no answer. Then I reschedule out to proflowers online and they said they did not hear from the company that did the delivery and they will call me and nothing. I'll upload a photo below. Oh wait it was not delivered”

“Pro Flowers didn’t actually do the flowers. First disappointment. Local florist did. And they looked it. Next disappointment… wanted them delivered in a specific date. They were delivered 6 days before.
Totally unacceptable.
I’m done. I wrote and got no response.
Will not use them again.”

“The order was supposed to be delivered on Mon. On Tues I was notified they could not find the address which is a nursing home. It was finally delivered on Wed. Not satisfactory at all.”
