“Ordered the 18 roses for my girlfriend’s birthday. Ordering was very easy and images looked great. My one major wish is to track the delivery process. There is no communication until delivered. Fortunately I was at the house at 5:05pm when they were delivered. The bouquet looked beautiful however most of the roses died two days later. Spending $150 I would expect them to last longer. Will question if I’ll order again in the future.”

“Prices going up. Service going down. Can't seem to get flowers delivered on time. Last order was about three days late. You need to do better. When you have a "business" selected as the delivery location, you cannot deliver "sometime before 8pm". Need to add a fild in the odering section to add business close hours, etc.”
