I got a voicemail the guy delivered them to the wrong place saying he took it next door. I missed the call but called back nearly seconds later multiple times and no answer. Then I reschedule out to proflowers online and they said they did not hear from the company that did the delivery and they will call me and nothing. I'll upload a photo below. Oh wait it was not delivered

Order was passed off to Harris Teater who then passed off delivery to Uber Eats who proceeded to deliver to wrong address Phone calls were made and were of no help Flowers were located at a neighbors home the next day which was day AFTER my anniversary Very poor service

I ordered from Pro Flowers the Premium Sweetheart Bouquet to be delivered to my Sister for her Birthday. I specifically wanted this Bouquet because the color pink roses and Peruvian Lillies are all her favorite flowers. I paid $103.78 for them with Delivery. The Bouquet of Flowers that she received was not the Sweetheart Bouquet, they were other flowers that were not as beautiful nor what I knew she would like. And they were not worth the $100.00 that I spent. I am FURIOUS that this has happened. I have ordered Flowers from ProFlowers for 20 years and this has never happened. These flowers were not in a box but delivered to her in a Vase, overflowing with water. I do not feel I can every trust ProFlowers again. You have lost a long time customer. Dianna Ruggiero

More than half the flowers were dead, terrible order, I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again. You guys were good for many years but this last one was no good.

My last order i had to request a refund since it was not delivered as scheduled. I have been ordering for many years and service has gotten somewhat worse. I recently placed another other for delivery in August hopefully it will not have any glitches. If there is this will be the last time i order from you

Flowers have still not been delivered, 5 days later. Very disappointed customer. Do not know I can ever use or recommend this company. I have in the past as my husband has. But this is terrible. I reached day after the original delivery date. You said it would be taken care of soon. Yea right!

The flowers were exposed to heat without water for several days and arrived with blooms falling off of the stems. Very embarrassing as this was a birthday gift

I ordered flowers on 7/2 to be delivered on 7/9 and the florist did not delivery on-time. There was very little communication and also missed a second delivery the next day. I received an email stating that they flowers had been delivered but they were not. The flowers finally got to the recipient but they weren't in the freshest of conditions.

This was absolutely the worst flowers I have ever sent. I spent a lot on this order with the deluxe version and it did not come close to what the numbers of flowers should have been. This was worse than I can buy at my supermarket with a top price paid. I have sent many Proflowers orders lately and some received rave reviews. But judging from this picture the recipient sent I will never chance them again. More than disappointed.

I already submitted this review which in itself is troublesome. The product was horrible. The flowers looked old and withing 24 hours the flowers and the water smeeleed putrid. Like no flowers I ever smelled.

I’m not sure why you requested a review because my flowers were not delivered. I ordered them on. I ordered flowers on June 26 that I wanted to be delivered the next day. I got a notice that they wouldn’t be able to be delivered until July 1. Then I get a notification that they can’t be delivered until July 8. I was sending flowers to someone very close to me who had lost three loved ones. It was important for me to send these flowers to her because we’re not in the same town. I was very upset that first of all I couldn’t be delivered the next day, but I ordered them anyway expecting them to be delivered on July 1. Then to find out she wasn’t going to receive her flowers until July 8 was very upsetting. FTD floral and Proflowers canceled my order and refunded me immediately, but that didn’t do me a lot of good because I still haven’t gotten the flowers to her and now I’ve gotta find a local florist to go through to get flowers to her tomorrow. So I don’t know why you would want this review because it’s not positive at all. I had used Proflowers a lot in the past and had stopped using Proflowers after two of my orders did not look anything like the picture even though I had upgraded both orders. I stopped using Proflowers. I decided to give it a try again and my results were not positive at all.
