“Pro Flowers didn’t actually do the flowers. First disappointment. Local florist did. And they looked it. Next disappointment… wanted them delivered in a specific date. They were delivered 6 days before.
Totally unacceptable.
I’m done. I wrote and got no response.
Will not use them again.”
“I was surprised at how long the flowers lasted. In 3 days they started to loose peddles and wilt. Also the size of the display was not what I expected. I didn't believe it was as indicated in the advertisement. Perhaps a more definitive size indicator would be useful in making a selection. My wife liked the colors and the arrangement.”

“The flowers I ordered arrived on time however the bouquet delivered was a lot less full than I anticipated based on the pictures on the website. Really disappointing and when I called about it, the only option they provided was a $19 refund when I paid over $70. This is the second time this year I didn’t get what I expected so I will be using another site moving forward. I ordered from Proflowers but the card shows 1800Flowers. Perhaps that’s the issue.”

“I’m really disappointed with my recent flower order. First, the delivery was late, I had specifically timed and it completely missed the mark. When the flowers finally arrived, they looked nothing like the ones I ordered online. The arrangement was underwhelming.
For the delay delivery I expected something fresh and beautiful, but instead, it looked rushed. Definitely not worth the money, and unfortunately, it took away from what was supposed to be a meaningful gesture.”
