I have been disappointed in the last several orders. The flowers and bouquets are smaller and of less quality than all my previous orders through the years. I paid for a deluxe option this time, and what arrived appeared to be the basic. It’s a shame since ProFlowers has been my go to for many years, and I am now questioning whether to continue purchasing.
