The flowers I ordered arrived on time however the bouquet delivered was a lot less full than I anticipated based on the pictures on the website. Really disappointing and when I called about it, the only option they provided was a $19 refund when I paid over $70. This is the second time this year I didn’t get what I expected so I will be using another site moving forward. I ordered from Proflowers but the card shows 1800Flowers. Perhaps that’s the issue.
