“I was surprised at how long the flowers lasted. In 3 days they started to loose peddles and wilt. Also the size of the display was not what I expected. I didn't believe it was as indicated in the advertisement. Perhaps a more definitive size indicator would be useful in making a selection. My wife liked the colors and the arrangement.”

“I received your message addressed to "Hi [first name]" I assume it's about the Sunshine and Joy Garden shipment. This is my third (and final) commentary on this order. I am a decades-long customer. The order we received had Kalanchoe flowers which were dead on arrival. I informed you and a new order was sent with the same result. Initially, I was offered a refund of the delivery fee which obviously would not cure the problem. The flowers had been taken inside immediately upon delivery and were not left outside in the sun. Perhaps there is an issue with your vendor/florist. WW”

“Ordered the 18 roses for my girlfriend’s birthday. Ordering was very easy and images looked great. My one major wish is to track the delivery process. There is no communication until delivered. Fortunately I was at the house at 5:05pm when they were delivered. The bouquet looked beautiful however most of the roses died two days later. Spending $150 I would expect them to last longer. Will question if I’ll order again in the future.”

“I ordered from Pro Flowers the Premium Sweetheart Bouquet to be delivered to my Sister for her Birthday. I specifically wanted this Bouquet because the color pink roses and Peruvian Lillies are all her favorite flowers. I paid $103.78 for them with Delivery. The Bouquet of Flowers that she received was not the Sweetheart Bouquet, they were other flowers that were not as beautiful nor what I knew she would like. And they were not worth the $100.00 that I spent. I am FURIOUS that this has happened. I have ordered Flowers from ProFlowers for 20 years and this has never happened. These flowers were not in a box but delivered to her in a Vase, overflowing with water. I do not feel I can every trust ProFlowers again. You have lost a long time customer. Dianna Ruggiero”
