Ordered flowers for my moms 88 birthday and had delivery on her birthday 7/15/2025 Still have not received the flowers or chocolate dip strawberries Are they going to be edible after 5 days?

I am normally pleased with ProFlowers but my recent order did not conform to what I ordered. The pink/yellow/orange photo is what I ordered. The white and yellow arrangement is what arrived. It’s not terrible, but it’s not what I ordered. This is the second time something like this has happened.

The flowers weren’t delivered on time. One day late was acceptable because the road was closed due to a catastrophic house fire. The next day they weren’t delivered, then the delivery driver showed up without the flowers so they weren’t delivered finally delivered the next day.

Prices going up. Service going down. Can't seem to get flowers delivered on time. Last order was about three days late. You need to do better. When you have a "business" selected as the delivery location, you cannot deliver "sometime before 8pm". Need to add a fild in the odering section to add business close hours, etc.

I ordered flowers on 7/2 to be delivered on 7/9 and the florist did not delivery on-time. There was very little communication and also missed a second delivery the next day. I received an email stating that they flowers had been delivered but they were not. The flowers finally got to the recipient but they weren't in the freshest of conditions.

They don't sweem to be lasting as long as they normally do; like turning a little brown too quickly. This is her husband Dave who gave them to her.

In the past I have been very satisfied with using ProFlowers. However with this order which was delivered on 7/8/25 has raised flags. The receipiant contacted me and shared some photos. She noted upon opening, she noted the stems on the roses were extremely dry, some of the petals were already wilted or dried and some of the rose stems were broken. (see photos) Perhaps it would help to pack the flowers with some moisture material to prevent drying out.

I ordered flowers to be delivered today (July 10th) for my mother's birthday. I placed two orders on July 2nd and one (this one) was delivered yesterday - a day early- and now I get an email that the other won't be delivered until tomorrow which is a day late. I am very unhappy.
