“I’m not sure why you requested a review because my flowers were not delivered. I ordered them on. I ordered flowers on June 26 that I wanted to be delivered the next day. I got a notice that they wouldn’t be able to be delivered until July 1. Then I get a notification that they can’t be delivered until July 8. I was sending flowers to someone very close to me who had lost three loved ones. It was important for me to send these flowers to her because we’re not in the same town. I was very upset that first of all I couldn’t be delivered the next day, but I ordered them anyway expecting them to be delivered on July 1. Then to find out she wasn’t going to receive her flowers until July 8 was very upsetting. FTD floral and Proflowers canceled my order and refunded me immediately, but that didn’t do me a lot of good because I still haven’t gotten the flowers to her and now I’ve gotta find a local florist to go through to get flowers to her tomorrow. So I don’t know why you would want this review because it’s not positive at all. I had used Proflowers a lot in the past and had stopped using Proflowers after two of my orders did not look anything like the picture even though I had upgraded both orders. I stopped using Proflowers. I decided to give it a try again and my results were not positive at all.”

“Miserable. I suggest you read my chats woth various people. The flowers were ordered to arrive on my daughter-in-law’s birthday. I was asvosed on the day that they would arrive the following day because of the arrangement I ordered. They came the following day in a sealed box with no air or water. They were dead. I was offered a credit. I demanded a refund, which after several chats I received”

“What can I say. I used to use proflowers before and the flowers were delivered on time and arrived fresh. Not this time. I ordered flowers for June 28th which is me and my wife’s anniversary. The flowers did not arrive until Mon. After opening the box my wife noticed the roses were brown and mostly dead. The arrangement wasn’t placed in water tubes or sponges. This was very disappointing. I don’t think I’ll use proflowers again.”

“Definitely not worth $90, flowers weren't very lively, hoping they perk up, I think they could've been trimmed better and maybe some kind of Garnish, the worst bouquet I have got from Proflowers for sure.”

“I fully expected that the delivery would have been before 5 pm , ideally the delivery would have happened before 12 noon. The delivery happened in the middle of a thunderstorm somewhere between 5 and 6 pm. Won't be doing this again. THANKS !”

I paid for a deluxe option this time, and what arrived appeared to be the basic.
