“The review is for the florists rendition of the original order...it was poorly constructed and in no way even closely resembles what I ordered. The recipients just lost a very special person and I am embarrassed by the quality of the arrangement they received. “I’m really disappointed with my recent flower order. First, the delivery was late, I had specifically timed and it completely missed the mark. When the flowers finally arrived, they looked nothing like the ones I ordered online. The arrangement was underwhelming.
For the delay delivery I expected something fresh and beautiful, but instead, it looked rushed. Definitely not worth the money, and unfortunately, it took away from what was supposed to be a meaningful gesture.”

“I accidentally purchased 2 bouquets and only wanted one. I called customer service and was told they were already out for delivery. Not only were they NOT out for delivery, when they arrived 2 days late, they were dead, wilted, and slimy. Called for a refund. They refused and said they would resend the flowers. Very upsetting and I won’t ever use this company again!”

“Flowers were damaged upon arrival. Stems could barely hold the flower up, petals were wilted. Contacted proflowers for assistance. While they did offer to replace the arrangement I saw no purpose in doing so since my event had already passed. I asked for a refund and all I got was the shipping amount refunded. The Flowers were nowhere near worth the $120 I spent on them. If proflowers won't stand behind their products then I will seek another florist for future purchases.”
