What can I say. I used to use proflowers before and the flowers were delivered on time and arrived fresh. Not this time. I ordered flowers for June 28th which is me and my wife’s anniversary. The flowers did not arrive until Mon. After opening the box my wife noticed the roses were brown and mostly dead. The arrangement wasn’t placed in water tubes or sponges. This was very disappointing. I don’t think I’ll use proflowers again.
