The delivery service left the arrangement on the sidewalk, near the street, not the house. No apparent attempt to deliver directly to residence so it sat outside, under plastic, for an unknown amount of time. Once recipient became aware, she called florist who was apologetic but didn’t offer to replace or waive delivery fee. Will not be using ProFlowers in the future.
